The Frederick Woman's Civic Club Presents the 51st Annual Mardi Gras Ball — Francis Scott Key Holiday Inn & Conference Center, Frederick, MD.  The Relics return for a "Bourbon Street Blast" to benefit the Club's community charities, Community Service Programs, Historic Steiner House and college scholarships. This year's spotlight charity is "Mission of Mercy". Wear a costurme or come in black tie, business attire or military uniform for men, and semi-formal attire for women. The presentation of the Mardi Gras Kings, Queen and Princesses begins at 7:30. Appetizers and cash bar available. A silent auction in the hotel lobby features getaway packages, spa treatments, automotive packages and baskets filled with services and products.
